Valx bolsters BeNeLux sales team

Dutch axle company, Valx, has bolstered its BeNeLux sales team with the arrival of 30-year industry veteran, Ulrich Donauer, and Bart Sloot.

Having held various management positions at both Lamberet and Chereau, Donauer’s specialty is the refrigerated equipment market, according to Valx.

Having also served as Key Account Manager at Kögel and Kässbohrer, Donauer’s strength is said to lie in developing new businesses and creating long-term relationships.

“I joined Valx because I see a big potential for this product,” Donauer commented on the move.

“The axles have been developed by the most experienced and qualified professionals in the European axle industry. In combination with Fuwa, the biggest trailer axle manufacturer, Valx is a serious alternative for the existing axle supplier.”

With a degree in Automotive Engineering, Bart Sloot has gained experience in the axle and suspension market as a graduate at VDL Weweler before joining VB-Airsuspension in 2016.

He took on the role at Valx as a “pathway back into the trailer business,” as he put it.

“From experience I have seen the quality of the Valx products and together with the well experienced Valx team I will do my very best to further expand the market share of the Valx axles in the BeNeLux.”
