TIP has announced that its tankers will now be available in the Nordic region, marking a significant expansion of the company's offering.
In order to hit the ground running, TIP acquired Nordic Tank’s aftersales team, which reportedly provides experience and knowledge of servicing tank trailers in the region.
The TIP hub for tanker services will be set up in the small port town of Hamina, located approximately 145 km east of Helsinki.
“The experience gained from other regions will prove a huge benefit to Nordic customers, as TIP understands the complexities and requirements of fully utilising tankers and provide a range of services for customers including leasing, rental, maintenance and repair,” the company said.
“Thanks to a dedicated department dealing exclusively with tankers and because of our large and diverse fleet, TIP is able to offer innovative tailor-made solutions to suit all types of businesses.”
