Polish commercial vehicle rental company, Hama Polska, is reportedly planning to add some 1,100 new Kögel semi-trailers to its fleet.
The order will comprise of 900 Kögel Cargo units and 200 new Kögel Mega semi-trailers, with the OEM pointing out both models are “ideally suited for rental” due to their low service and maintenance costs.
As such, the both models will mostly come in a standard spec, the compay said. However, an optional lateral steel bracket will be added across the entire width of each Cargo trailer as a forklift protection tool.
“Truck and trailer rental companies are currently reporting high growth rates, as an increasing number of forwarding companies rent this equipment to cover peak demand or simply outsource the entire fleet,” commented Jacek Portalski, General Manager of Eurotrailer, Kögel’s local distributor.
“Naturally we are pleased that Hama Polska customers are demanding high-quality Kögel semi-trailers and that Hama Polska is able to respond to this demand.”
