UK-based refrigerated transport provider, Pulleyn Transport, has grown its fleet with an order of 16 new 13.6m Chereau trailers fitted with Carrier Transicold Vector 1950 MT systems.
The new equipment will join the Pulleyn Transport commercial fleet of 45 refrigerated vehicles, ranging from 7.5-tonne rigids to 44-tonne semi-trailers.
According to Carrier Transicold, the multi-zone refrigeration systems are ideal for Pulleyn's cargo of temperature-sensitive goods, including pharmaceutical and healthcare products, as well as fragile orchestral equipment and fine arts.
“The Vector 1950 units’ high performance was a huge factor in our decision to place this order, due to the extremely sensitive loads we transport,” said Ryan Pulleyn, Managing Director, Pulleyn Transport.
“We also consistently return to Carrier Transicold thanks to the reliability and aftercare service we receive, especially from the service engineers.”
