Schmitz Cargobull delivers 80 curtain-siders to Heinloth

German transport company, Heinloth Group, has expanded its Less-Than-Truckload and Full-Truck-Load fleet with 80 new curtain-siders from fellow German, trailer-building powerhouse Schmitz Cargobull.

The trailer order was made as part of Heinloth Group's fleet renewal and expansion plan, and will be used across Europe as part of a 600-trailer strong fleet.

According to Heinloth General Manager, Oliver Schwemmer, Schmitz Cargobull and Heinloth have already been cooperating for several years, with the trailer builder's price/performance ratio and sales support deciding factors for the new order.

The order includes 25 S.CS Mega curtain-siders with Varios TopTechnology and 55 S.CS Universal curtain-siders, all equipped with ferry equipment and the factory-fitted TrailerConnect telematics.

“With Schmitz Cargobull Telematics, we have found a provider that covers our requirements and is also a direct commercial vehicle manufacturer,” said Sebastian Prinzing, Manager Projects at Heinloth.
