Belgian trailer manufacturer Faymonville has delivered a six-axle MultiMAX semi-low loader to Fujishiro Motors Co, marking its first trailer to reach Japan.
Japan's Fujishiro, based southwest of Tokyo in Yamanashi, is reportedly working in cooperation with Faymonville as a national agent.
“We’re very proud to represent the brand Faymonville in Japan. This kind of quality and technology can’t otherwise be found in Japan. With Faymonville, we found the right partner at last,” said Fujishiro Motors Co General Manager, Daisuke Fujishiro..”
The extendable trailer with hydraulic gooseneck has a payload of 85 tonnes, and is already in use by Sheishin company.
“They are doing general transportation, an ideal field of activity to use all the different transport possibilities of the flexible MultiMAX semi-trailer,” said Fujishiro.
According to Faymonville, its trailing products are characterised by the high technical level, excellent manufacturing quality and flexibility in use – a mix that was yet to be found in equipment available in Japan.
According to Famonville, a four-axle and two two-axle low bed trailers have also been ordered through Fujishiro and will soon be transported from Belgium to Japan.
