TIP Trailer Services delivers tipping tankers

TIP Trailer Services has delivered ten new tipping tankers to Danish fleet NS TransCargo as part of a rental contract signed last autumn.

According to TIP, five units are primarily used for food transport, including sugar and flour, and the other five are used for the transport of plastic granules mainly in Germany, Denmark and Benelux.

“We are pleased that NS TransCargo has selected us to enhance its fleet with TIP rental units,” said Dirk Zabel, Sales Leader Special Equipment at TIP Trailer Services.

“The reasons for renting tipping tankers from TIP Trailer Services are the extensive network and expertise, flexibility and fast availability of the tankers. This allows NS TransCargo to increase the capacity and to focus on new projects and logistics solutions for its customers.”

According to TIP, the NS TransCargo fleet counts more than 350 transport units and is specialised in double compartment trailers for both refrigerated, frozen and heated freight transport.

“We’ve chosen TIP, because we feel best advised. Kim Sorensen, CEO of NS TransCargo.

“The tipping tankers meet our requirements and were readily available. Through the TIP service, we can focus on our core tasks, which are offering complex transport solutions or simply transport goods like malt and wheat bran from A to B. Renting a tanker from TIP was quick, flexible and without obstacles. A TIP -TOP service.”
