German axle and suspension specialist BPW is expanding its ECO Cargo VB range to include a mechanical suspension for 5.5-tonne axles.
The company will be presenting the new running gear solution on a centre-axle drawbar trailer at the Bauma trade show in Munich this month.
“Thanks to its robust and modular construction, the new mechanical suspension is particularly reliable and flexible and thus also usable for many other applications in construction, agricultural and municipal operations,” BPW explained.
The new ECO Cargo VB model is equipped with low maintenance steel-rubber bushes and will be delivered with pre-installed parabolic springs, brake cylinders and unpainted supports to reduce the installation effort for the customer.
