Hella’s Shareholder’s Committee has appointed Bernard Schäferbarthold, currently Chief Financial Officer of Nordex SE, as the new Managing Director for Finance and Controlling.
According to Hella, Schäferbarthold succeeds Dr. Wolfgang Ollig, who will leave the company at his own request on July 1, 2016 to seek new challenges.
“We are very pleased to have won Mr. Schäferbarthold with his long CFO experience of a listed company, being responsible for finance, controlling, tax, IT and Operations, as new CFO for Hella,” said Dr. Jürgen Behrend, Managing General Partner of Hella.
After working as an auditor and tax consultant for the accounting company Warth & Klein, Mr. Schäferbarthold moved to Nordex in 2005, where he was appointed as CFO in 2007.
