Belgian company H.Essers has signed a contract to acquire German pharmaceutical logistics service provider Kammann Thermologistik.
According to H.Essers, the acquisition will allow the Belgian company to develop its position in the Frankfurt region and expand its customer portfolio to include a number of new German pharmaceutical companies.
Kammann Thermologistik’s 41 employees, cross-dock warehouse and the fleet of 24 trucks and 25 thermo trailers have been taken over by H.Essers.
Kammann Directors, Jens Olivier Kammann and Wolfgang Waldow, will continue to work at H.Essers after the acquisition, according to H.Essers.
