Kässbohrer has announced the unveiling of a specially designed curtain-sider model at the upcoming Comtrans heavy vehicle exhibition in Russia.
According to the German OEM, which is part of Turkey’s Tirsan Group, the K.SCX X model was developed to cope with Russia's “hazardous weather” and rough road network, and can boast a total of 236 different strapping points for added security.
Kässbohrer said it will also showcase the K.STH 32, an aluminum tanker with added security features for the dangerous goods sector.
“Kässbohrer is the only European manufacturer with a production facility in Yasnogorsk, Russia since 2011,” the company pointed out in a press release.
Comtrans 2015, Russia's largest international commercial vehicle show, will take place in Moscow between 8 and 12 September 2015.
