Hadley to appoint new CEO

US component brand Hadley has appointed Thomas Bronz as new President and CEO, following the retirement of Robert Dubsky.

“The Hadley team has profound gratitude for Bob’s exceptional leadership during the past 20 years. Bob led by example to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed the expectations of our customers and help grow our business,” commented John W. Humphrey, Chairman and a Principal of Humphrey Companies, parent company of Hadley.

“The strength of Bob’s character and commitment to Hadley was evident as he sought and obtained a qualified successor in Tom,” he added. “Tom brings with him extensive experience in general management, strategic planning, product planning, and business development. He has shown that he has the strategic vision needed to ensure Hadley’s success in the commercial vehicle products marketplace.”

Bronz earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Dubsky has been with Hadley since 1994 when he was hired as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. At the time, Hadley manufactured air horns, mini compressors and mechanical levelling valves for air suspensions.

Hadley is a supplier of components and solutions for the medium and heavy transport equipment market.
