Schmitz Cargobull has appointed Andreas Busacker as new CFO.
According to the German OEM, Mr Busacker will gradually take over from Ulrich Schümer, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Management Board and be responsible for the company’s Public Relations, Human Resources, CLH Leasing and Corporate Auditing divisions.
“We are very pleased that [Mr Busacker] will join us in actively shaping the future of Schmitz Cargobull with his profound expert knowledge and management experience,” Ulrich Schümer commented.
As the new CFO, Mr Busacker will supervise the Finance and Accounting, General Administration and Information Systems divisions.
The 49-year-old is known to be an internationally versed finance expert and has a background in industrial engineering.
