New Zealand logistics company Mainfreight has acquired fellow New Zealand freight forwarder DCB International as part of its global expansion strategy.
According to Mainfreight, the new operation will combine the Mainfreight Air & Ocean Team with the DCB Teams at the DCB International offices in Dunedin.
The acquisition of DCB International follows the opening of a new depot in Geelong, Australia, in May this year, and a branch in Bangkok, Thailand, in November last year.
