German trailer giant Schmitz Cargobull has opened a new service centre in Minsk, Belarus.
More than 120 guests joined Board member Andreas Schmitz, who is responsible for sales in Central and Eastern Europe, to celebrate the official opening of the new branch.
In his welcoming address, Mr Schmitz emphasized the importance of the Eastern European market and highlighted Schmitz Cargobull’s on-going dedication to the local transport scene.
“The new Schmitz Cargobull Trailer Centre in Belarus is our commitment to all of our customers in Eastern Europe who put their trust in Schmitz Cargobull products,” he said.
The new site will serve as a sales and service centre, and also handle the spare parts supply for the region. “The transportation industry in Belarus is developing at an extraordinary rate, which is why Schmitz Cargobull is planning to extend its services there over the medium term, including adding used vehicle sales and financing solutions,” Schmitz added.
