UK bulk haulage company Walter Carefoot & Sons has taken delivery of 14 new tipping trailers built by SDC.
“I am delighted to announce the new addition to our fleet,” said Operations Manager, Rob Dean. “We have a large number of vehicles and our on-going replacement program allows us to provide the standard of service expected by our customer base.”
According to Carefoot, all new trailers include on-board weighing systems and reversing cameras and are being pulled by Euro V-compliant vehicles.
While some of the new trailers will focus under the TASCC (Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops) scheme transporting aggregates, grain and animal feeds, the rest will haul aggregates, glass and compost, according to Carefoot.
