Hendrickson has announced the acquisition of the leaf spring and stabilider segments from Austria's Frauenthal Group, along with a number of their subsidiaries in Europe.
“The acquisition of this business will enable us to broaden our footprint in Europe to better support our global spring customer base,” stated Gary Gerstenslager, President and Chief Executive Officer at Hendrickson.
The closing of the transaction will be completed later this year.
