Orbcomm, a global provider of machine-to-machine solutions, has announced the acquisition of Euroscan Holdings, a Dutch company specialised in refrigerated transport solutions.
The acquisition is part of Orbcomm’s long-term growth strategy, which os focused on strengthening the company’s end-to-end solutions portfolio.
As Euroscan’s integrated turnkey systems are used worldwide in the transportation of food and pharmaceuticals, Orbcomm hopes to leverage additional growth opportunities in the Far East, South America and South Africa.
