Kögel management confirmed

Kögel owner, Ulrich Humbaur, has extended the contracts of long-term managing directors Thomas Heckel, Jürgen Steinbacher and Thomas Eschey until 2019.

According to the German trailer brand, the early extension is meant to demonstrate Humbaur’s on-going commitment to the Burtenbach company.

“Kögel's management team has achieved considerable growth since the company takeover in 2009,” the company said in a statement. “Over the last four years, sales, turnover, yield, market share and number of employees have shown distinct growth. In addition, Kögel has regained its reputation as a leader in innovation, even more than before.”

Humbaur added: “I am very pleased to have been able to make an early extension to the contracts of [our] managing directors. They have all made outstanding efforts over the past few years and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to them. I am convinced this continuity will continue to have a positive sustainable influence on Kögel's success.”
