US research company FTR Associates has announced it will host a 'State of Freight Summit' in Rosemont, Illinois, in May. The event is supposed expand on the company’s webinar series.
The Summit will kick off on Tuesday, May 21, with a 'State of Freight' update presented by FTR. The session, presented by FTR's Noel Perry, Larry Gross, Eric Starks and Bill Witte, will highlight topics including the economy, trucking demand, and intermodal freight.
Day two will explore how changing energy markets change the transport equipment scene, with a strong focus on the rail sector.
