Global Trailer is going digital, with the current issue now available from the Appstore. Specially designed for the iPad and iPad Mini, the all-new Global Trailer application takes a look at the global trailing equipment industry in an e-zine format based on the much talked-about print edition, which is brought to the market by Melbourne-based publishing house, Prime Creative Media.
“Each issue is packed with up-to-the-minute-news and cutting-edge ideas from the world of trailer manufacturing,” said Managing Editor Sebastian Grote. “Closely tuned to the heartbeat of the industry, it takes a close look at the international transportation industry and includes all the latest information from the world of trailer design.
“Social media have become a vital part of everyday life and Prime Creative Media has always been at the forefront of implementing new, innovative technologies into our business,” Mr Grote added. “In less than two years, Global Trailer Magazine has become an internationally acclaimed industry resource, so utilising the digital space was just the next logical step to grow our audience around the world. And I believe an iPad app is just the right tool to service that global business community.”
Commenting the official launch, Mr Grote also pointed out that the development of a Global Trailer app signals a commitment to the industry at large. “Prime Creative Media continues to invest more in its products and now has a new forum to showcase our editorial talent to our global readership,” he said.
“The app launch is a sign that we are dedicated to working closely with the international trailer community – not only to provide that hard-to-find information that has made the magazine so valuable, but also to actively help the industry grow and thrive.”
To celebrate the launch, the Global Trailer app will include free access to all stories featured in the current edition of Global Trailer.
“Designed as a tool to help connect the market’s business leaders and all relevant bodies and organisations active in the digital space, the app is available as a free download for a limited time only,” Mr Grote said, revealing that back issues will be added in the near future.
“Download the app and complete your collection to have the industry’s most comprehensive knowledgebase readily available on your iPad.” Get the free app here.
