CargoWise, a global company specialised in technology solutions for logistics service providers, has expanded its presence in the Middle East through a distribution partnership with logistics and supply chain technology specialist, ATMS.
“With a regional office in Dubai and extensive experience in the local market, ATMS is ideally positioned to sell and support CargoWise’s ediEnterprise platform into its existing customer base of trading houses and third party logistics suppliers throughout the Gulf region,” the company announced.
Volodya Bilanovsky, Vice President Channel Partner Management for CargoWise, said the partnership with ATMS would provide the opportunity to establish a strong presence in a rapidly-growing region.
“Although we are already established in the Middle East region, this agreement gives us the opportunity to offer new customers a sophisticated logistics system which combines global scope with the reassurance of a distributor with a strong local presence. This will provide logistics, shipping and freight forwarding companies in the region with the capacity to compete effectively on the global stage,” he said.
