Expecting growing trailer demand in the Eurozone, German trailer manufacturer Kögel has invested in an extension of its Burtenbach facility, adding an additional 6.5 hectares to the existing 40-hectares site.
A signidicant increase in orders and successfull field trials of new products have encoruaged the German company to gear up for a future boom. “We are extending the Burtenbach facility because we expect an increase in production volume in the coming years“, says Jürgen Steinbacher, Managing Director Finances, Controlling and Personnel at Kögel.
According to Steinbacher, the extension will ensure that Kögel is best prepared to service the buoyant market.
